United States Arbitration and Mediation offers a full range of ADR training courses and educational activities. USA&M training programs have included:

* a nationwide series of seminars offered to insurance companies and businesses on How to Use Mediation to Settle Claims and How to Select Cases for Mediation;

* conflict resolution skills training courses for human resource departments and government fact-finding investigators;

* educational presentations to law firms, risk management and claims personnel on the effective use of arbitration and arbitration clauses as an alternative to litigation;

* a range of mediation skills training courses, including entry-level, intermediate and advanced courses, for prospective and current mediators.
